Raw Materials:

Most fish feed pellet inculding animal protein and plant protein, Plant protein adopts corn flour,rice flour,wheat flour,soybean flour,peanut cake powder…..Animal protein adopts fish meal, shrimp meal,crab meal, sleeve-fish meal and so on….you can add other ingredient according to the local fish live require.

It can also add high fat and protein raw materials, For example, fresh fish, bone, high protein content and high fat raw materials, etc.

1.Fish food made by this pellet extruder is of puffing type, more easily to digest for fishes, and our company provides various feed formulas to meet the nutritional needs of different fish and different stages of fish.

2.The fish feed pellet size can be from 0.9-10mm to feed different sizes of fishes, and are able to float on the water surface without dissolution for over 12 hours.

3.High temperature and high pressure process can kill the salmonellosis and bacterial infections and also makes the pellets easily to digest.

4.Not only for making fish feed pellets, but also suitable for making feed pellets for dog, cat, bird.

	(Wet type) 1.Boiler Continuously offer hot steam into the preconditioner, so materials can be fully cooked and the nutritional value is improved,thus the quality and qantity of pellets can be improved greatly with lower power consumption. 2.High temperature and high pressure process can kill salmonellosis and bacterial infections and also makes the pellets easily to digest. 3.Key parts are processed through vacuum quench treatment with high processing precision .thus have a long service life. 4.Screw sleeve adopts jacketed construction. Which can be injected in with hot sream or cooling water.thus the extruding temperature can be controlled effectively. 5 .Suitable for the production of high protein and high fat fish feed products.
